A garden can be simply for the use and enjoyment of its householders. Edibles, flowers, shrubs and trees all serving their functions, in a convenient and comfortable togetherness, as if provided by nature.

 

Lettuce and parsley at the back door, apples and pears and daisies to pick along the paths, while the front is dressed up with drought tolerant succulents, flowering trees and shrubs. Stepping out the door to pick, or relaxing on shaded furniture, conveys a sense, almost of paradise.

 

7000 square feet, designed and installed gradually over 10 years, ongoing.
